I’ve tried to do self hypnosis before in order to stop myself from putting on weight and it hasn’t worked yet so I’m obviously not doing it right. Although my weight is stable at the moment its definatley something I’m looking in to for the future cos I know when it comes to my finals time I’ll put on loads of weight through stress eating!

Cool post, I’ve been hytiopnsed nine times, never have any issues and it works great.
With the holidays fast approaching, it seems we always gain a few extra pounds. Is it really surprising though? All those fun parties, all those extra servings, the sugary drinks, the alcohol, the heavy desserts, the eating till we are stuffed and then more! It should come as no surprise that we gain weight so easily during the holidays.
Just my 2cents. BTW, thanks for this info. Others will certainly find this useful.

Nice post! I learned a lot of information from this post. Habits are hard to die especially if we do it for who knows when you have start. One of the major habits we have hard time changing is our eating habits. The temptation is always too strong to resist. Foods are our best friends. Always have, always will be. But as much as foods gives us energy to stay active, it can also give us problems if we don’t make sure we are not over eating.
